Our team of experienced real estate professionals will work closely with your referral to understand their specific needs and preferences and tailor our services to meet them.
Our "White Glove Service" includes everything from pre-move counseling and destination services for home-finding / home-selling and even settling-in, or moving-out assistance. In addition, we'll help our Broker to Broker referrals navigate the often-complex process of relocating and will be there to support them and keep you involved and updated every step of the way.
Our team of experts has the local knowledge and resources to help find the perfect new home and will negotiate the best possible price and terms. We'll also assist with closing and settlement services (Discounted In-House Escrow and Title) and provide you with all the information needed to make an informed decision.
Additionally, our "White Glove Service" includes post-move support, assistance with utility connections, school registration, and other settling-in tasks. We understand that relocating can be a stressful and overwhelming experience, and our goal is to make the process as smooth and seamless as possible.
